Knight Hall interior view

The buildings, adjacent to the Charles F. Knight Executive Education Center include seven classrooms, an auditorium, 75 faculty offices, a glass atrium and numerous forums, lounges, offices and other spaces for interaction and collaboration.

The 73,000-square-foot Bauer Hall complements and blends with the Collegiate Gothic architectural style of its neighbors on the Danforth Campus. From McMillan Hall to the east and the Knight Center to the west, the southern façade of Bauer Hall will complete the vista of Missouri granite halls that surround the central corridor of Mudd Field. Exceeding Washington University’s standard of LEED Silver, Bauer Hall has earned LEED Gold certification for its green design and construction.

The 102,000-square-foot Knight Hall extends east from the Knight Center to McMillan Hall, providing a grand entryway to the business school from Throop Drive. The building contains many unique study spaces and meeting rooms, and a two-story glass portal allows natural light to filter through the building’s five levels. Exceeding Washington University’s standard of LEED Silver, Knight Hall has earned LEED Gold certification for its green design and construction.
