Tips and tools: Updated campus map reflects construction impact

Enhancements to the new interactive campus map will help the WashU community navigate construction.

In March, Washington University in St. Louis launched a new campus map to help users find accessible parking, the closest place to buy a cup of coffee or the nearest bus stop, as well as a number of university buildings and points of interest. The map has been updated to reflect shuttle routes, pedestrian paths, detours, delivery routes and other access points that may need to change due to campus construction.

The main map is available through the university’s main website as well as Campus Next, the website created to share developments related to major capital projects at WashU.

The map will change with the campus, providing up-to-the-minute information about construction zones and parking changes.  A specific version of the map has been created to illustrate how access to campus will be impacted during each phase of construction.

The map will be integrated into the WUSTL Mobile app by the fall 2017 semester.
